Vote FOR the Current Board!
The Current Board has decades of combined experience running complicated organizations. Endorsed by major city and state leaders, they are the ONLY candidates with the ability and desire to truly take Cabrini Beyond 2024!
Arthur Khourdajian
As a current Board member, I am running to remain on the Board of Directors and asking for your vote. I have lived in the Cabrini Villas for 28 years. I bring my experience in business operations, technology, project management, financial planning, and leadership to the HOA. I have Engineering and MBA degrees while being certified in Business Strategy from the Darden School of Business.
I joined the board after seeing a decline of the community while our fees kept increasing. After joining the Board, I learned how our money had been mismanaged and the community infrastructure poorly maintained. I helped to lead through all the challenges of going through the worst inflationary period, insurance crisis in CA, drought and water price increases, and record rainfall which unfortunately led to increases to HOA fees.
My work experience is an Operations & Services Delivery Manager for a Fortune 5 company keeping their operations, services, and technology running smoothly for the Western and Central USA. I am accountable for the operations of 2K clinical centers that service and managing over 100 vendors. I establish processes, policies, and operating procedures to ensure alignment to company objectives.
Andrew Zeytounyan
My name is Andrew Zeytounyan and I have been a homeowner at Cabrini Villas for over 17 years. I have served on the Board of Directors for the past 4 years, as Secretary and Vice President.
I have a background in Information Tecnology (Systems and Network Engineering), and a close working relationship with large tech companies like Amazon, Spotify, and Netflix. My extensive experience as Chief Operating Officer for a handful of businesses, employing individuals across the globe, puts me in the perfect position to best serve our community.
During my tenure on the Board, I’ve contributed to the implementation of multiple systems and processes. Some of these systems were designed to help streamline the way our office and staff operate, and many of these systems were intended to ensure the financial safety and security of the associations funds.
While many of the goals I had when joining the Board of Directors have been achieved, I believe that there is still work to be done. I want to continue the process of improving homeowner communications, streamlining our backend services, and structuring our plans and timelines, to help our community flourish for years to come.
